Speaker of the National Assembly, Manzoor Nadir is currently seeking to find a solution for the resumption of meetings of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament.
Nadir’s intervention comes on the heels of the PAC being informed by Clerk of the National Assembly Sherlock Isaacs of the unavailability of a clerk to work with the committee.
“This matter is engaging my attention and that is all I will say at this moment,” Nadir told Stabroek News when contacted yesterday.
