A carpenter on Monday evening succumbed at the Georgetown Public Hospital after he was struck by a light truck which was reversing along the Chesney Housing Scheme access road on Saturday.
Dead is Ramesh Approo, also known as ‘Kiran’, 33, of Chesney Housing Scheme, Corentyne, Berbice.
Approo reportedly sustained serious injuries from his waist down from the 5 pm accident.
