The Lady Jaguars U17 football team departed local shores yesterday to compete in the qualifiers for the 2022 Concacaf Women’s U17 Championship (CWU17C), at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, USA.
The Lady Jaguars will feature in Group C of the event alongside Honduras, Anguilla and Turks and Caicos Islands.
Guyana was initially drawn in Group-D, which comprises Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia and Guadeloupe.
