Former Caribbean under-21 singles champion, Shemar Britton, is set to participate in the International Table Tennis Federation’s Ecuador Open from November 2-6, 2021.
The tournament, which is an ITTF world contender series, is scheduled for the Totoracocha Sports Complex Avenida Los Andes and Avenida del Condor Cuenca.
According to the Guyana Table Tennis Association, Britton departed Guyana Saturday for the United States before moving on to Ecuador.
Britton, also a former Caribbean Championships bronze medalist and singles under-21 silver medalist will be participating in the men’s singles with preliminary rounds beginning today.
