Berbice woman charged with killing partner in Grenada

A New Amsterdam, Berbice woman is now a remanded prisoner in Grenada after she was charged with non-capital murder in connection with the death of her partner, whom she is accused of poisoning.

The Royal Grenada Police Force reported that Shane-Ann Ambrose, 24, a Guyanese national of New Amsterdam, who resided at Seamoon, St. Andrew (Grenada), was arrested and formally charged and cautioned for the offence of non-capital murder in connection with the death of Clifford Marshall, 56.

Marshall, also of Seamoon, St. Andrew, reportedly died in June and was buried in July.
