The Board of Industrial Training (BIT) has commenced its first heavy-duty equipment operator programme in Mabaruma, Region One, according to a Ministry of Labour press release.
An initial batch of seventeen participants will be introduced to four months of practical and theoretical training. The first batch of trainees include two females and two police officers.
