40 get house lots during CH&PA E’quibo outreach: Wanita Holmes, of Charity, picking out her house lot number on Friday during a Central Housing and Planning Authority outreach to the community. Holmes, a mother of four residing in Charity, was one of 40 persons to receive a house lot during the one-day activity, which was intended to address housing issues. The Department of Public Information (DPI) reported that she is currently residing on a farmland within the Charity area with her children. “I feel so happy because I was waiting a long time. I just need a permanent home for my children…immediately I will pay for the lot and start to build my house as soon as possible,” Holmes said.
