Minister of Labour, Joseph Hamilton has warned that stricter penalties are coming for those employers who breach the labour laws.
On November 11th, at the ministry’s sensitization seminar for security firms, Hamilton stated that companies continue to break the laws because the penalties seem worthless. However, the ministry is working on stricter penalties and more substantial fines, a Ministry of Labour press release said.
