The police file in relation to the bribery allegation levelled against Ministry of Amerindian Affairs’ Permanent Secretary Sharon Hicks was recently returned to the Director of Public Prosecutions’ (DPP) Chambers.
More than two weeks ago, the DPP had advised the police to conduct further investigation into the matter.
Stabroek News was reliably informed that the file was returned to the DPP’s Chambers on November 12th.
