The Ministry of Housing and Water, through the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) yesterday handed out 350 house lots at Lethem in Region Nine.
A release from the CH&PA said that cognizant of 925 pending applications in Region Nine as of August 2021, it has developed a new area – Tract ‘CHPA’, Lethem.
The release said that this new housing development will yield some 849 lots for residential and commercial activity, of which 500 have so far been made available for low, moderate and middle-income residents. Some 350 were allocated through yesterday’s event, while another 150 will be allocated later.
