Guyana’s confident boxing outfit is en route to Cali, Colombia with the aim of returning with hardware from the inaugural Junior Pan American Games scheduled to start Thursday and conclude on December 5.
The four-member team of Travis Inverary, Alesha Jackman and Patrick Harvey, boxers, along with Coach, Terrence Poole ,was scheduled to depart at midnight and according to Poole, “We can get podium finishes.”
Poole told this publication on Sunday during the last gym session of the trio that “They just need to transfer what they have done during the camp into the ring.”
