The Construction and Investment Management Group (CIMGRO), developers of the luxury housing project, Moraiko Bay, situated at Mahaica, have issued a call for Expression Of Interest (EOI) for multiple services and are seeking local content partnerships.
In an advertisement appearing in Sunday’s Kaieteur News, the company listed 19 areas in which services will be required. These range from supply of building materials and appliances, architectural & engineering design services, installation of air-conditioning units for residential and commercial buildings, construction services for homes, condominium and town houses, design and construction of water treatment facility and two kilometers of sea defence, design, construction and operation of a 240 berth marina, 50,000 gallon bulk fuel and retail gas stations, information technology services, interior decorating services, installation of street lighting and security services for the pre-construction and on-going construction phases. Additional services includes advertising & marketing, fine-dining and fast food restaurants, a build and operate specialty hospital, an international 12-acre educational facility campus design, landscaping services for 300 homes and an 18-hole golf course and installation and maintenance of fire hydrants. The project in its entirety is valued at US$1.4 Billion.
