The Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has launched a probe into the landing of a chopper in a residential area.

It is unclear when the helicopter landed and in which particular area.

Director General of the GCAA, Lieutenant Colonel (ret’d) Egbert Field yesterday told Stabroek News that investigators are currently compiling a report on their findings.

It is suspected that the chopper landed at Belvoir Court, Georgetown.
