Guyana XI registered a 76-run win over American Cricket Society (ACS) yesterday at Everest Cricket Club.

Guyana won the toss and opted to bat, posting 251 for nine from their allotted 35 overs before bowling out ACS for 175 in 34.5 overs.

Matthew Nandu anchored the innings after the early loss of Trevon Griffith (4) and Chandrapaul Hemraj who looked belligerent with a 15-ball 28. The West Indies Under-19 captain batted throughout the innings to finish on 68 not out from 70 balls, laced with four boundaries.
