A woman was yesterday remanded to prison on a charge that she robbed a man of $208,000 in an armed attack with two male accomplices.
Ronda Junor, of South Ruimveldt, was taken before Magistrate Dylon Bess at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, where she was faced with the charge.
The mother of one denied that on April 1, 2022 at Regent and Wellington streets, she robbed Joel Jacobs of $208, 000 while being armed with a surgical blade. It is also alleged that she used the blade to inflict a wound to the complainant’s left hand.
