Guyana win Goodwill Masters series against Suriname

Guyana won the Goodwill International Masters football series defeating Suriname’s SV Ratio FC 3-1 to clinch the three match series 2-1 Tuesday at the Georgetown Football Club ground, Bourda.

Anthony `Awo’ Abrams, Rawle Gittens and Delon Layne were on target for the home side. Guyana walked away with the Modern Optical Trophy while Abrams was adjudged the Most Valuable Player.

Guyana’s Andrew Bright copped the Best Goalkeeper accolade.
