The Ministry of Health has expressed sympathy on the passing of Chetwyn Phoenix on Thursday.
Phoenix served the public sector for some 30-plus years. He started his career as a Temporary Clerk at the Ministry of Education in 1989 and was later promoted to Personnel Officer 1 and subsequently Personnel Officer 2.
