Attorneyat-law Nirvan Singh was yesterday faced with a new private charge alleging that he unlawfully assaulted former Police Constable Shawnette Bollers.
The 35-year-old attorney was arraigned before Magistrate Leron Daly in a Georgetown court, where he pleaded not guilty to the new private criminal charge.
The charge states that on March 20, 2022, at Middle and Cummings streets, Georgetown, Singh unlawfully and maliciously assaulted Bolllers.
