Everest/ACS secures 50-run win in NYNCL

Former national youth all-rounder, Richie Looknauth smacked his maiden ton in the New York National Cricket League 30-overs-a-side tournament but could not see Meten-Meer-Zorg (MMZ) over the line as they lost to Everest/ACS by 50 runs.

MMZ won the toss and inserted Everest/ACS who posted 288 for five from their allotted overs. MMZ managed 238 for eight in reply.

Former national youth left-arm seamer, Andre Stoll, rocked MMZ’s top order early on by removing his countrymen, Ronaldo Renee for a four-ball duck and Randall Wilson (12) to end with 3-42 while getting support from Chatram Balgobin who bagged 2-13.
