The Carnegie School of Home Economics (CSHE) is compiling a cookbook of healthy indigenous recipes and has issued a call for submissions from indigenous persons countrywide.

In an advertisement published in the July 3, 2022 Sunday Stabroek, CSHE said the book would be focused on indigenous dishes that utilise endemic, native and healthy produce readily available within indigenous communities.
