GRO processed over 1,000 certificates at Toshaos’ Conference

Minister of Home Affairs Robeson Benn on Friday handed over 1,000 certificates of birth, marriage, and death to toshaos of the various Amerindian villages who were attending the National Toshaos’ Council Conference in Georgetown. 

The General Register Office (GRO), which is an agency under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has processed over 1,000 applications for certificates at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre, where the conference was being hosted.
