Employees of Sterling Products Limited (SPL) are due to see a 7% increase in their wages for this year and an 8% increase for next year, across-the-board, after the company concluded a two-year agreement with the Clerical and Commercial Workers’ Union (CCWU).
According to a press release from Sterling Products Limited, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will also see increases in meal and snack allowances, along with annual bursary awards.
