Glock pistol found as cops probe bar shooting

Police on Thursday found a gun that may be linked to the recent shooting outside of the Mantra Bar in Georgetown. 

Two ranks, acting on information received, found the black Glock 19 pistol in an empty lot at Lamaha Gardens, in Georgetown.

In a press release, the Guyana Police Force said that the gun was found in a black plastic bag that was in a food box in the yard, which was fenced. The serial number of the weapon was filed off.
