The four suspects who were arrested by the police in relation to the multi-million dollar robbery at Giftland’s GTT outlet are expected to be charged today.
Stabroek News understands that the police received legal advice to charge the suspects. They are expected to appear in the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court.
Over the weekend, a team of ranks conducted an intelligence-led operation during which four suspects including a cleaner from the GTT Giftland outlet were arrested at various locations.
