The hearing of the challenge to the non-appointment of a substantive Chancellor and Chief Justice has been set for November 23rd at 1:30 pm.
The fixture was set yesterday morning following a case management conference (CMC) before Justice Damone Younge.
The Attorney General, against whom the action is filed, has been ordered to file submissions no later than October 23.
