Three Angoy’s Avenue men charged with stealing cattle

Three Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam men were this week charged with stealing cattle after the police busted a rustling operation which resulted in their arrest along with the seizure of one wooden boat, a canter and four cows.

Kishore Lallgossi, 32, a coconut vendor of Angoy’s Avenue; Christopher Sandy, 32, a labourer of Lot 451 Broad Street, Angoy’s Avenue; and Lakram Deokarram, also known as “Boy”, 33, a cattle farmer of Angoy’s Avenue, appeared at the Whim Magistrate’s Court on Thursday before Magistrate Renita Singh.

The men were charged with larceny of cattle committed on cattle farmer Marvin Meenkun.
