The Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) says it has surpassed its goal of distributing 20,000 house lots over the life of this administration and promised that next year will see many more achievements.
According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the CH&PA, Sherwyn Greaves, 2022 was an excellent year for the entity. A review of figures on Wednesday showed that more than 20,000 house lots have been distributed between August, 2020 and the end of this year.
“We have surpassed our targets of 20,000 house lots by the end of this year. We have been able to take thousands of new homeowners to their new house lots so that they can start building,” he said.
