The case file in relation to the fatal shooting of fisherman, Kishan Budburgh and police Corporal Dwayne McPherson which occurred at Mahaicony on Sunday is currently with the Head of the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR).
Stabroek News was yesterday informed that as the investigation continues, two police ranks remain under close arrest.
