Chrisann Duggan, a 29-year-old self-employed woman of Lot 173 Ogle Street, Triumph, East Coast Demerara, was yesterday charged with possession of a narcotic.
She appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Alisha George, where the charge was read to her.
Duggan pleaded guilty and was fined $10,000.
