President of Cricket West Indies (CWI) Ricky Skerritt says the recent report by the three-member tribunal brings promise and direction for regional cricket. CWI had commissioned the report in the wake of the regional team’s disastrous showing at last year’s Two World Cup competition in Australia which saw the West Indies being eliminated from the Qualifiers losing to minnows Scotland and Ireland but beating Zimbabwe.
