Two men were yesterday placed on remand after they were charged with stealing a motorcycle from a BK security guard.
The charge against 22-year-old Christopher Fraser of Lot 17 South Ruimveldt and Musa Phillips, 22, of Lot 9 North Road alleges that between January 4th and 5th at Festival City, Georgetown, they stole a Honda XR 150 motorcycle valued at $500,000, property of BK Security.
According to the Prosecution, on January 4th at about 22:00hrs, a BK’s security guard, identified as Mr Harris, had just finished working and after performing the usual parking and securing of his bike in a friend’s yard he went home, since, according to the prosecutor, there was no space in his yard.
