The Guyana Americas Merchant Bank Inc (GuyAm Bank) says it was the lead arranger of a US$10m loan financed by GBTI for Arimu Investments Inc which is building a hotel at Robb and Oronoque Sts.
A GuyAm Bank press release yesterday congratulated Arimu Investments Inc, the developer of the Aiden by Best Western Hotel on its acquisition of the US$10M loan from the Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI).
