The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority is to open a sales mission here from today in preparation for the inaugural flight by British Airways on March 27, 2023 between Guyana and the island.
A release from the Authority said that the mission aims to tap into the vastly expanding Guyana market to promote Saint Lucia’s tourism and attract more visitors.
From March 27th, British Airways will fly to St Lucia then onwards to Guyana. The return leg will follow the same route. Guyanese and St Lucians would then be able to travel to each other’s country more easily.
