The staff of the Cheddi Jagan International Airport Corporation (CJIAC) and the Guyana Police Force were able to join forces and retrieve a missing piece of hand luggage belonging to passenger Oswald Blair.
A release yesterday from the CJIAC said that following a complaint of his missing hand luggage, the Cheddi Jagan Inter-national Airport Corpora-tion immediately began a review of the Closed Circuit Television System and was able to identify the female passenger who left the airport with the extra piece of luggage.
The vehicle number, along with an image of the passenger, was shared with the Guyana Police Force, and they were able to recover the hand luggage in Berbice.
