As part of its objective to promote the new British Airways service and inaugural flight between St. Lucia and Guyana slated for March 27th, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority [SLTA] has praised Guyanese for their feedback during a six-day sales mission here.

In an interview with Stabroek News, the SLTA’s Public Relations Officer, Gerain Georges noted that British Airways’ new service will operate on Mondays and Thursdays beginning from London to destination Guyana via St. Lucia. “…the service will operate on Mondays and Thursdays where the first flight will be from London to Saint Lucia to Guyana and then from Guyana to Saint Lucia and then back to London…the service serves as another option to the destination alongside Caribbean Airlines and InterCaribbean,” said Georges.
