It has been more than a month now since a man was shot three times in front of the Outside Lounge & Bar at the MovieTowne entertainment complex after multiple weapons were fired and there have been no charges.
Crime Chief Wendell Blanhum told Stabroek News this week that his investigators have reported that the victim is not cooperating with regard to furnishing them with a statement concerning the shooting outside the bar at MovieTowne that occurred on New Year’s Day at 4:30 am.
