The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) officially launched the Linden leg of the Blue Water U15 Girls’ Development League on Friday at the Wisburg Secondary School ground.
This was confirmed by an official release from the federation. According to the correspondence, eight secondary schools will compete in the tournament which was officially launched in May of 2022. The release did not state if any club teams will feature in the tournament, the format of the competition, and its duration.
The home side defeated Mackenzie High 4-0 while Mackenzie High and Christianburg/Wismar played to a scoreless affair.
