National players Jonathan Van Lange and Natalie Cummings won the men and women’s singles titles Sunday as the curtain came down on the National Sports Commission table tennis championships at the National Gymnasium.
Also winning titles were Orin Hickerson, Malachi Moore, Jasmine Billingy, Akira Watson, Darius Daniels, Zion Hickerson, Aadil Haniff and Chase Outar.
In the men’s singles final, Van Lange defeated Joel Alleyne 11-9, 11-6, 11-8 (3-0).
Van Lange, however, had a more difficult semi-final match against Orin Hickerson which he won 12-10, 12-10-, 9-11, 11-3 (3-1).
