Cocaine trafficking accused remanded

A man was yesterday remanded to prison after he appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court and plead not guilty to charge of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.

Jamal Blair of 186 James and Garnett Street was arrested on the February 27th last and taken to the Brickdam Police Station after he allegedly had in his possession 26.9 grams of cocaine and 478.3 grams of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking.
