The simple larceny charge that was brought against 23-year-old Nickacia Sobers on Monday has since been dismissed after partial payments were made to the man who refused to give evidence against her during their second court appearance yesterday.
On Monday, Sobers who is a primary school teacher of Soesdyke, East Bank Demerara, was charged with stealing $467,000 from Richard Brathwaite on December 20, 2022 at Avenue of the Republic in Georgetown.
