Bridge interface with Joe Vieira Park

Minister of Public Works, Juan Edghill yesterday had a follow-up meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Guyana, Guo Haiyan, and officials from China Railway Construction Corporation Ltd., to finalise the design interface between the new Demerara River Bridge and the Joe Vieira Park, located at Schoonord, West Bank Demerara. A release from the Ministry said that the park is in close proximity to where the West Bank end of the new bridge will be constructed.
