Georgetown defeated East Coast by seven wickets in the fifth and final round of the Demerara Cricket Board U-17 Inter-Association cricket competition but the East Coast side still emerged victorious on a net run rate.
East Coast and Georgetown each ended with the same points but with a superior net run rate of 2.929 over Georgetown’s 2.329, East Coast were crowned champions.
