The High Commission of India yesterday announced that Guyana Police Force (GPF) Commander of East Berbice- Corentyne, Region 6, Senior Superintendent of police Shivpersaud Bacchus underwent training in India under the Indian Technical and Economical Cooperation (ITEC) Programme.
He underwent a course at the premier Police institute of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, a release from the High Commission said.
