Outpatient facility launched at Port Mourant Hospital

An Outpatient facility valued over $40 million was yesterday commissioned at the Port Mourant Hospital, Region Six.

A release from the Ministry of Health  said that the idea was conceptualised with the sole purpose to alleviate waiting time.

Minister of Health, Dr Frank Anthony said that the facility forms part of the government’s aim to ensure that Guyanese receive the best possible care in a timely manner.
