Senior Finance Minister Dr Ashni Singh yesterday afternoon joined President Irfaan Ali and Prime Minister Mark Phillips at the commissioning of the Guyana Defence Force’s King Air 350 Beechcraft and its Bell 412 Helicopter, at the Air Corps Hangar, Timehri.
