Julius Innis (address not stated) appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court before Acting Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus where he was charged with assault.
It is alleged that on July 9, the defendant assaulted his wife to cause her actual bodily harm.
The court heard that the Innis and his wife live together in the same house with their daughter.
