The Guyana Motor Racing & Sports Club (GMR&SC) has announced the staging of ‘Drag Wars 2’, the second event for the month of July.
Scheduled to get off to an exhilarating start on July 29 at the Timehri based South Dakota drag strip, the event will be of an international flavour.
Daredevils from at least three countries including the neighbouring Suriname and the twin-island republic of Trinidad & Tobago, will do battle with the local speed demons according to a source close to the GMR&SC.
