Happy Sunday! Here is your friendly reminder that we are more than halfway through the year and if you are not close to reaching the goal you set for yourself this year, it is time to dial in.

Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or a part-time gym-goer, there will come a time when you have to switch things up. You may have a passion for Zumba or yoga classes, or perhaps you love a good HIIT session. While all of these are great exercise options, because let’s face it, any movement is better than no movement, if you’ve found yourself exercising the same way, during the same time of the day, for months on end, and going nowhere, you might have hit a plateau.

A results-driven fitness routine and consistency are certainly keys for hitting your body goals, therefore staying in the same routine for too long can be counterproductive.
