Man wanted over killing of guard turns self in

Twenty-two-year-old Ossaffo Chester, who was wanted by police in relation to murder committed on Gerald Sobers, turned himself in at the Cove and John Police Station yesterday afternoon.

On July 3, Chester allegedly shot Sobers in the neck causing him to be hospitalised for three weeks. As a result of the gunshot wound Sobers was paralysed from neck down and placed on life support. He succumbed to his injuries last Saturday.
