Rahaman calls for higher levels of competition for U13 players

Head coach of Guyana’s U-13 cricket team which scored a 2-0 series win over a Trinidad and Tobago side, Amir Rahaman, says that in order to advance further, his players should focus on competing at a higher level at their local clubs and academies.

Rahaman made the announcement yesterday at the Eugene F. Correia International Airport following the team’s return from Trinidad & Tobago.

The first and fourth games of the series were affected by rain while the Guyana U13s won the second and third games by three wickets and by five runs respectively.
